Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Application Developer with a strong focus on Python, AI, and React to join the Innovation Solutions team. You will contribute to industry-leading technology, developing training programs, improving processes, and building efficient tools to enhance the Support experience.

The role entails guiding AI-driven solution design, overseeing full software lifecycle, and collaborating with clients, partners, and Dayforce personnel to deliver the required functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SVG and JSON; solid web tech foundation.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript libraries (React, Angular, Ember, Backbone).
• Excellent coding skills in C#, Java or C++.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading enterprise apps or databases deployed on Azure/server.
• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Experience using Github and Jira.

• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular, Ember, Backbone, etc.
• Excellent coding skills in a modern object-oriented language (e.g., C#, Java, C++)
• Proficiency with SQL and a deep understanding of relational database systems.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading the development or significant feature enhancement of an enterprise application or database deployed on Azure/server.
• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
