Job Description:

Deliverables:

1. Prepare proof of concepts for recommended solutions and architecture.
2. Assist in the development of a road map for the evolution of the eHealth Platform from current to future state.
3. Develop implementation, migration, and integration strategies.
4. Develop integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives, while ensuring information integrity and adhering to standards and best practices.
5. Provide support for development environments as well as live production systems.
6. Monitor and optimize eHealth Platform performance to create high availability.
7. Provide support for eHealth Platform as required.
8. Compensation will be based on the client rates for on-call, after-hours work.
9. Collaborate with various stakeholders (business teams, project managers, application support teams, database administrators, vendors, other development teams, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
10. Provide regular status reports to the Manager for Health (eHealth) applications.
11. Perform other duties as assigned, such as updating team documentation, participating in team scrums, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Candidates must provide detailed information on education, work experience, role, duties, and duration (from Month/Year to Month/Year). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
2. A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
3. A minimum of twenty years of IM/IT experience.
4. A minimum of fifteen years as a Senior Programmer/Analyst.
5. Proposals lacking clear demonstration of these requirements will be disqualified.
