Job Description

• Our client is looking for an Application Analyst with hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to support daily operations, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• This role is key to bridging the gap between IT and business teams, particularly as we integrate a newly acquired company and onboard a major external client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for TMS and transportation-related systems
• Act as the go-to resource for system troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and user support
• Interface regularly with external client partners and newly integrated teams
• Manage EDI-related tasks and support data integrations with partners and systems
• Document processes, support SOP development, and assist with configuration and rollouts
• Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve issues and enhance system performance

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems, ideally in a support/operations role
• Background in transportation, supply chain, or 3PL environments
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and system integrations (EDI/API)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support and project tasks in parallel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL or BI experience is a plus

Nice to Haves:

• Experience supporting 3PL operations or with external client integration
• Hands-on experience with TMS configuration and testing
• Familiarity with process improvement or Agile project methodologies
