UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking an Application and Integration Support Specialist to optimize and manage business applications. This role involves ensuring the success of the akoyaGO platform, supporting integrations with third-party tools, and driving data strategy across the organization. With responsibilities in systems support, vendor oversight, and implementation of projects, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in CRM systems and a strong educational background in information systems. This is a full-time permanent position with a flexible work schedule.

About the Role
The Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto is seeking a dynamic and solutions-focused Application and Integration Support Specialist to lead, manage, and optimize our ecosystem of business applications. This role is essential in ensuring the success of our akoyaGO platform, its integrations with third-party tools, and broader data strategy / integration across the entire UJA organization. You will be a strategic partner to the Foundation team and play a key role in vendor coordination, technical support, process improvements, and solution development.
