Responsibilities

• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the GoA Enterprise Database Archival Service on the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Public Cloud).
• Collaborating closely with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the platform.
• Analyzing and recommending process improvements and hosting infrastructure, detailing risks, dependencies, business impacts, interdependencies, and implications related to project methodologies.
• Serving as a bridge between users and technical teams to ensure that applications effectively meet business objectives.
• Demonstrating a proven ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and support.
