Job summary

TAME Search Inc. seeks an Application Administrator to provide technical administration and support for IBM Maximo and related corporate applications, ensuring secure, reliable performance across development, testing and production environments.

You will manage installations, patching, monitoring, deployments and API-based integrations, while designing configurations, workflows and data standards. The role also includes training users and producing documentation in line with ITIL and

Qualifications

• Experience in system administration including configuration and security.
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo administration, including deployment.
• Familiarity with CMMS workflows and data standards.
• Experience configuring workflows, alerts, actions and approvals.
• Experience integrating systems via IBM Maximo APIs.
• Ability to train users and deliver training modules.
• Understanding ITIL concepts and Change/Release management.
• Experience with production, testing environments and deployments.

Application Administrator, Maximo

Role Summary: Provide technical administration and support for corporate software applications to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.

Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, responsible for technical administration of corporate applications
• Conduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions
• Create and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applications
• Assist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deployments
• Manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environments
• Provide Content Management support for the internal and external corporate websites
• Publish website analytics to key company stakeholders
• Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies

This position also requires solid knowledge of the following:

• System administration including configuration, security, procedures and best practices
• IBM Maximo Mobile App administration including configuration, security, and deployment

• Designing and configuring process workflows incorporating, alerts, actions and approvals
• Implementing custom modifications and configurations into production environments
• Configuring and maintaining automated data feeds from and to external systems using IBM Maximo APIs
• Collaborate and act as Subject Matter Expert on MAXIMO application development, administration, and support using best practices.
• Establish and deliver MAXIMO training modules from Train-the-Trainer through PM to user-level.
• Interface with Implementation Provider of system upgrades to ensure currency of application version.
• Participate in Configuration Control activities and work with managers to coordinate new system requirements and/or configuration changes.
• Work with users to resolve Maximo application issues.
