Job Description

The Appliance Sales Specialist is focused on assisting customers, assessing customer needs, and guiding customer decisions to build customer relationships. The Sales Specialist - Appliances provides the highest level of customer service to customers with expert advice and detailed information required to close the sale.

For this position, you will receive a base salary plus commission following a probationary period.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the stock condition, showroom standards, and ensure a clean and safe shopping & work environment.
  2. Assist with merchandising and store product set-up.
  3. Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  4. Provide face-to-face assistance to customers with specialized advice on all home appliance products, supporting products, warranty plans, pickup and delivery options, and payment and financing options, with a focus on closing sales.
  5. Work with a wide range of customers to sell various appliance products.
  6. Prepare estimates, close sales, and follow up on deliveries.
  7. Maintain and develop customer relationships, addressing and resolving needs and complaints.
Qualifications
  1. Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  2. Sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  5. Must pass a standard background check.
