Job Title: Appliance Sales Specialist

The Appliance Sales Specialist is focused on assisting customers, assessing customer needs, and guiding customer decisions to build customer relationships. The Sales Specialist - Appliances provides the highest level of customer service with expert advice and detailed information required to close sales. This position offers a base salary plus commission following a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to close sales.
• Sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Bilingual - French/English

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock conditions, showroom standards, and ensure a clean and safe shopping and work environment.
• Assist with merchandising and store product setup.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Provide face-to-face assistance to customers with specialized advice on home appliance products, supporting products, warranty plans, pickup and delivery options, and payment and financing options, with a focus on closing sales.
• Work with a diverse range of customers to sell various appliance products.
• Prepare estimates, close sales, and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, addressing and resolving needs and complaints.
