The Senior Manager, Marketing is responsible for supporting and executing the marketing for Kenmore and DieHard to drive brand awareness, purchase, and loyalty.

The Senior Manager of Marketing supports the Director of Marketing in executing initiatives across branded content, channel marketing, event management, performance marketing and analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM). This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, capable of driving brand growth through a multi-channel approach.

The Hardlines Merchandiser plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting captivating feature displays to optimize revenue. Leveraging visual merchandising techniques, they stimulate sales and uphold unit integrity and pricing accuracy to minimize wastage. Their responsibilities also include efficient ordering to capitalize on sales opportunities and providing training and guidance to team members.

JOB SCOPE:

This role oversees the development and execution of internal finance analytics platforms, including Generative AI applications. The Senior Director will lead a cross-functional team of product managers, data engineers, and AI specialists, driving platform adoption across the organization to achieve significant cost savings and revenue optimization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Director of Product Management Internal Finance Analytics Tools will lead the strategy and execution of bespoke financial analytics platforms at Sears kAIros, a division of TransformCo. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI to build innovative, custom tools that unify data across systems and deliver actionable insights for internal teams. The role requires a seasoned product leader with expertise in data-driven solutions, technical innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful business decisions.
