  • Manage day-to-day operations in multiple teams including Embroidery and Quality.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in Apparel Production while ensuring all employees are operating in a safe and efficient manner in the Embroidering, Picking/Stocking, Alterations, and Quality control teams. They will also communicate with the Apparel Sales and Sales Support team to plan workload and ensure our customers’ needs are met and product is shipped within committed timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Order execution, ensuring orders are completed within committed timelines. Focal point for order escalations (clothing and promotional hard goods)
  • Day to day operations (Embroidery, Picking, Stock, Alterations, and Quality) - Scheduling, people management, Payroll, 5S etc.
  • Logo management - Ensuring all current and new logos are stored in the apparel database, with proper documentation including thread colors and location on garments.
  • Provide coaching and direction on business policy and procedures
