Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Manitoba (Grunthal) is seeking a hands-on Beekeeping Associate to maintain the bee yard, manage equipment and work outdoors in all weather.

This on-site role requires physical stamina and the ability to work under tight deadlines; staff housing is available on site to support rural living. You will harvest, extract and package honey and beeswax, oversee colonies for production and pollination, and operate the automated honey extractor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in beekeeping or apiary operations.
• No degree required.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the bee yard and beekeeping equipment.
• Harvest, extract and package honey and beeswax.
• Manage bee colonies for honey production and pollination.
• Oversee the honey extraction process with the automated extractor.
