Job summary

GovTech Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled full-time developer to translate specifications into robust web applications. You will design, develop, and test RESTful APIs, and implement AI-enabled features using LangChain, RAG, and Python. Onsite roles in Toronto or Peterborough require 5 days/week.

Applicants should have extensive hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and cloud platforms like Azure, with exposure to ML models and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of React and TypeScript experience.
• 5+ years with Node.js and Next.js.
• 5+ years building and testing RESTful APIs.
• 2-3+ years with multi-agent AI, LangChain, RAG, Python.
• Experience with ML models (XGBoost, TensorFlow) and MLops tools.
• Experience with Airflow, PySpark; Progressive Web Apps; HTML/JS/CSS; Azure.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical specifications into tested applications and code.
• Develop detailed programming specs and write/generate code.
• Build and test RESTful APIs; convert SOAP/REST as needed.
• Support integration, testing, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Design and implement REST API platforms (e.g., Apigee/APIM).
• Resolve technical issues during deployment and migration.
