National Community Renaissance (CORE) is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician - I (aka Resident Services Technician-I or RST-I) to join our Property Management team. CORE is one of the nation's largest non-profit affordable housing developers with a 30-year track record in community revitalization. About the Job:
The Resident Services Technician-I reports to the Community Manager and The Resident Services Supervisor. This individual supplements maintenance, landscape and management efforts to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition that will meet company standards and attract residents.
