Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant two years’ experience in cleaning is required.
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools is required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull, and go up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and maintain building common areas.
• Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out.
• Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, and office areas.
• Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning.
• Empty garbage containers and clean around dumpsters.
