Job summary

Pillar5 Pharma Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Cleaner to join our Aseptic Department. You will help maintain cleanliness and sterility in our manufacturing facility, performing routine cleaning in cleanrooms and equipment while following SOPs and GMP.

The role supports various shifts, with opportunities to contribute to accurate documentation, and collaboration with teammates to ensure efficient cleaning operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Post Graduate science degree or diploma in a related field.
• Knowledge of aseptic cleaning techniques preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and document accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work all shifts and meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

Job description

PILLAR5 PHARMA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Aseptic Department as an Aseptic Cleaner. As an Aseptic Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sterility of our manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of aseptic manufacturing areas, including cleanrooms, equipment, and tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure aseptic conditions are maintained.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Monitor and report any deviations or issues related to cleanliness and sterility.
• Operate various sterile filling equipment as required, including basic troubleshooting.
• Able to perform other activities as required to fill product aseptically (transfer of components, solution preparation, etc.)
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Post Graduate science degree or diploma in a related field.
• Knowledge of aseptic cleaning techniques and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures and complete accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of working all shifts and meeting the physical demands of the position, including extended periods of standing, reaching, and lifting.

Compensation:

• The starting rate for this position is $20.03/hr, with set increases based on tenure.
• Full-time, permanent employees receive full health benefits starting on Day One.
