Role Summary

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates genuine conversations to engage with customers in a personalized manner, ensuring all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Supports a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.

Teamwork + Communication

• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and offers help to others.
• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling tips to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
• Provides insights related to customer and employee experiences and communicates feedback to Store Leadership.

Visual + Business Operations

• Understands their role in service and selling to impact the store's business during each shift.
• Supports the shipment process to stay informed about new and restocked products; contributes to omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels.
• Maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, staying current on merchandising updates, with a focus on the customer.

Pay Range

CAD $17.40 per hour
