Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator - King West

Join us at Juno Veterinary as an Animal Care Attendant/Member Experience Coordinator in King West. We are committed to setting a new standard of care in the veterinary industry, known as the Juno standard of care, across Canada. Our mission is to support pets, their owners, and our veterinary team to thrive, fostering innovation in both consumer tech and veterinary medicine.

We seek passionate individuals who love building new experiences and contributing to our early-stage company's growth. This role reports to the Practice Manager and involves working closely with the medical team and managing the member experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do:
  • Prioritize patient care in all interactions
  • Support the RVT and DVM team in treatment and patient care areas
  • Be receptive to feedback and eager to improve
  • Assist in planning, communicating, and organizing daily appointments
  • Collaborate with the ACA team for knowledge exchange
  • Serve as a liaison between front-of-house and medical teams
  • Coordinate with the Virtual Care team for appointments and follow-ups
  • Manage member communication quality across platforms
  • Translate customer feedback into experience improvements
  • Ensure members and pets feel welcomed and prepared for their visits
  • Uphold a gold standard of care and foster a positive environment
You Have:
  • Previous experience as an ACA or Veterinary Assistant is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on ongoing learning
