Job Title: Angular developer

Job Summary:

Several core Theatrical systems currently rely on the AngularJS framework and associated libraries that are now end of life. This project aims to modernize the front-end framework by migrating these systems to Angular 2+, ensuring long-term maintainability, improved performance, and support for newer technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing AngularJS-based theatrical systems to identify modernization needs.
• Build, manage, and execute the migration backlog to Angular 2+ in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Rewrite front-end components with Angular 2+, replacing legacy JavaScript and jQuery elements.
• Integrate DataTables, Gulp tasks, and unit tests using Jasmine into the updated framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, support engineers, and systems engineers.
• Ensure seamless API integration with Kafka streams and robust interaction with SQL Server back-end systems.
• Follow best practices in performance tuning, unit testing, and source control during the migration process.

Required Skill Set:

• AngularJS and Angular 2+ (migration experience preferred)
• DataTables, jQuery, Gulp, Jasmine
• Familiarity with Kafka for message streaming
• Strong hands-on with SQL Server and related data interactions
• Excellent analytical and backlog management skills
