Position: Equity Partner
Location: Remote
Jurisdiction: Global
Minimum Commitment: 20 hours/week
Department: Finance & Funding
Reports To: CFO / Fundraising Lead

Overview: This is not a traditional job but an equity stake in a startup. We offer an entrepreneurial opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up. The role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. Compensation is in equity, with potential future token rewards and salary based on revenue milestones. We are a remote, async-friendly team.

Role Responsibilities

You will manage our investor pipeline, coordinate fundraising activities, and support communication and deal processes through the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages. This role demands high trust, clarity, responsiveness, and credibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Outreach: Identify and engage with angel investors and early-stage VCs, qualify leads, and maintain relationships.
  • Materials & Communication: Maintain pitch decks, data rooms, and investor updates, ensuring they are current and professional.
  • Fundraising & Deal Management: Coordinate meetings, support due diligence, and track progress.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership on fundraising strategies, legal agreements, and pipeline visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in investor relations, capital raising, or related fields.
  • Understanding of early-stage funding structures, SAFE notes, and investor communication.
  • Strong storytelling, synthesis skills, and ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, responsiveness, and relationship management.
Preferred Extras
  • Experience supporting founders or C-level teams in fundraising.
  • Knowledge of Web3, tokenomics, or related ecosystems.
  • Existing network of investors or syndicates.
Success Indicators
  • High-quality investor engagement and pipeline activity.
  • Maintaining professional, up-to-date investor materials.
  • Efficient, clear fundraising rounds and strong internal visibility.
