We’re Hiring : Andrologist / Medical Laboratory Technologist (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location : Pacific Fertility – Burnaby, BC

Schedule : Set hours between 7 : 30 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m. with rotating weekends (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t just work in a lab—you’ll be part of a mission. Your day-to-day will include :

Providing compassionate, patient-centred care with professionalism and heart

Performing a variety of andrology procedures :

Semen analysis

Sperm washes for IUI and IVF

Trial washes and cryopreservation

Donor specimen prep

Advocating for patients through every step of their care

Maintaining precise sterile techniques and laboratory best practices

Thriving in a role that values adaptability, clear communication, and attention to detail

What You Bring

You’re not just a lab expert—you’re a people person too. You’ll thrive in this role if you have :

MLT Certification (CSMLS preferred)

Previous andrology experience is a big plus

Ideally, 2+ years in a similar lab environment (or equivalent combination of training and experience)

CFAS Andrologist Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)

A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong communication skills

A passion for improving lives through science, precision, and care
