Description :

Shared Health (1502-155 Carlton Street, Winnipeg MB R3C 3R9) and the Department of Pathology, University of Manitoba, invite applications for a permanent full-time Anatomical Pathologist. Duties include the processing, examination and diagnosis of surgical specimens.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of surgical and autopsy pathologists in a tertiary hospital setting in Winnipeg. Interest in perinatal pathology asset. Participation in departmental academic activities and training anatomical pathology residents and medical students from the University of Manitoba will be an expectation, as well as working in collaboration with other specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications :

Candidates must have a medical degree, certification or eligibility for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in either Anatomical or General Pathology and must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba.

Compensation :
