FORM in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Analytics Developer to strengthen our analytics data foundation and BI capabilities. You will work primarily with SQL, dbt, Amazon Redshift and Tableau to transform product, subscription, ecommerce and financial data into trusted models and clear dashboards.

This hands-on role requires ownership of production work, thorough testing, documentation, and collaboration with Analytics, Data Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver durable data

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in analytics development or similar technical analytics role.
• Advanced SQL and dimensional data modelling required.
• Hands-on production data modeling with dbt.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Redshift/AWS preferred).
• Experience with Git, code review and analytics development practices.
• Proficiency in Python for data pipelines/automation.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues across sources and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable SQL and dbt models in Amazon Redshift.
• Transform data across product, subscription, ecommerce, marketing and finance into reusable analytics datasets.
• Define and maintain key metrics (revenue, MRR, churn, retention, LTV, sales performance).
• Implement automated data-quality tests, documentation and lineage for trustable data.
• Monitor analytics workflows, investigate failures and improve pipeline reliability.
• Develop Tableau data sources and dashboards from curated warehouse models.
• Create Python-based data integrations and automation where needed.
• Improve Git-based development, deployment, and CI/CD for analytics.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into durable data products.
