Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the student experience questionnaire (SEQ) process, responding to and compiling data for internal and external requests, and managing administrative functions of the office.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of institutional research and planning policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of information systems, databases, and multi-operating system environments
  • Knowledge of office and broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
  • Knowledge of CUASA and other collective agreements related to the JCAA-approved SEQ process, as well as Undergraduate and Graduate Calendar information
  • Proficiency with office productivity software, databases, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices

Education and Experience

Typically acquired through:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, economics, or statistics
  • Minimum of four years of experience with information systems and computer systems
