We are seeking an Analytical Team Lead to oversee analytical testing activities at our client site. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between Eurofins and the client, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support a small, dynamic analytical team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of analysts.
• Drive team performance through tracking and managing key performance indicators.
• Mentor and guide team members in analytical testing and deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in techniques such as HPLC, LC/GC, Karl Fisher, UV, and titration.
• Perform analyses, data processing, and present results in reports.
• Conduct basic laboratory and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee troubleshooting of analytical challenges to ensure high-quality results.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the analytical team and the client.
• Maintain clear communication, addressing client needs and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related science discipline.
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience with a strong background in analytical techniques.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supervisory or mentorship roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
