We are seeking an Analytical Team Lead to oversee analytical testing activities at our client site. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between Eurofins and the client, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction. The position requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support a small, dynamic analytical team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of analysts.
  • Manage team performance through tracking key performance indicators.
  • Mentor team members in analytical testing and deliverables.
  • Provide technical expertise in techniques such as HPLC, LC/GC, Karl Fisher, UV, and titration.
  • Perform analyses, data processing, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and housekeeping.
  • Troubleshoot analytical challenges to ensure high-quality results.
  • Serve as the main contact between the analytical team and the client.
  • Maintain clear communication, addressing client feedback and requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related science field.
  • At least 2 years of laboratory experience with strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervisory or mentorship roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharma or manufacturing industries.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
