Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Scientific discipline, Organic/Analytic Chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical, organic and solid-state chemistry and dosage forms.
• Experience in regulatory guidelines and pharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and oversees the Analytical R&D Team activities.
• Develops and validates testing methods for drug substances/products.
• Provides guidance to formulation development on stability, solubility, and dissolution.
