Job Description

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

This role requires an expert understanding of chemistry. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

  • Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
  • Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

  • A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English (or bilingual level).
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
