Job Description

We are seeking a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Candidates should have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in English (or bilingual proficiency)
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
