Main responsibilities

As a specialized IT analyst – Project Manager, your talents will be engaged in:

Analysis and project planning:

• Analyzing and documenting business needs, costs, and project feasibility.
• Defining a project management strategy and governance.
• Drafting the project charter and plan, specifying timelines, costs, issues, and objectives.
• Ensuring approval of deliverables by relevant authorities.

Project management and monitoring:

• Planning, organizing, and rigorously monitoring project activities.
• Mobilizing and coordinating team members (pilots, technicians, suppliers, etc.).
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing issues, risks, and change requests.

Documentation and processes:

• Organizing and facilitating project meetings and committees.
• Drafting reports and documenting processes and architecture.
• Supervising updates to documentation and procedures related to information systems.

Implementation and commissioning:

• Ensuring communication and change management strategies are in place.
• Planning and overseeing deployments and technical testing.
• Supervising the transfer to operations of implemented solutions.
• Following up post-implementation and training users if needed.

Project closure and evaluation:

• Obtaining final approval from clients for project closure.
• Producing a report of achievements and lessons learned.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project management framework.
