The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our Quality team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work closely with the Quality Improvement team.

The team's organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and collectively learning.

Your role as a Quality Analyst will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce them.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Analyste Qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes d'Amélioration Qualité.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’Analyste Qualité sera d’analyser les non conformités trouvées sur la ligne de production afin de les réduire.

  • Vous êtes créatif et avez la capacité à penser de manière originale ;

  • Vous avez un haut niveau d'autonomie et de motivation (vous serez toutefois soutenu par un tuteur du département) ;

  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication avec une attitude ouverte et proactive ;

  • Vous avez la capacité à vous organiser de manière autonome.
