You will be deployed within the Quality Operations department and will manage the "Reduction of Non-Conformities 2022" project within the scope of FAL and Customer Line as part of Quality Improvement Projects.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a multifunctional environment and will need strong planning and project deliverable control skills.
In your role, you will:
  • Have an analytical profile. Ability to analyze, gather data and information, and understand technical topics to address them to the appropriate stakeholder;

  • Be able to structure, define, and produce flows, KPIs, and project governance;

  • Be responsible for constructing the overall plan and roadmap;

  • Manage the progress of various streams;

  • Prioritize and prepare data/summaries for decision-making;

  • Rally a team around project objectives;

  • Possess strong communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills;

  • Demonstrate leadership by proposing changes and addressing root causes to foster a quality mindset;

  • Proficiency in French and English is strongly recommended.

As the ideal candidate, you:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, manufacturing, project management, or equivalent relevant experience;

  • Have an industrial/technical background to understand quality activities in a manufacturing environment;

  • Possess or be obtaining a PMI certification (an asset);

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management, including listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication, and intercultural skills in an international context;

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional project environment;

  • Perform well under pressure and independently;

  • Have demonstrated influence with managers;

  • Possess knowledge of aircraft structure and development processes (an asset);

  • Show innovation, commitment, and perseverance;

  • Be an effective communicator in both written and spoken English and French;

  • Capable of proposing and implementing new follow-up opportunities for cost, quality, and schedule improvements.
