The Senior QA Analyst - Solution Delivery for D2C role involves delivering various initiatives to fuel the Digital Ecom and Omnichannel Experience strategy of one of our clients to launch memorable experiences and achieve transformation and market growth objectives. The transformation effort includes collaborating cross-functionally to build the direct-to-consumer retail practice, define entry paths into new markets and channels, bring meaningful customer journeys to life, document business and transformation requirements, design solutions, and plan the execution of retail transformation initiatives. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking to link assignments to the bigger picture and involves defining the test strategy, test plan, and test scripts required to validate solution requirements across multiple direct-to-consumer platforms, including Commerce Platform, Order Management, PIM-DAM, Payment, SAP ERP, and more. Strong knowledge of Ecommerce and Fulfillment solutions and/or implementation is crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
- Testing digital solutions (commerce, ERP, finance, customer, etc…) to guarantee they are defect-free and fulfill the quality standards of an organization.
- Developing test plans to ensure that all delivery objectives are met (solution requirements, business objectives, non-functional requirements, compliance [ex: SOX]).
- Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Conducting regression and sanity testing for all releases.
- Identifying, logging, and recreating error codes, bugs, and defects.
- Reporting, assessing, and escalating issues based on severity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-commerce, computer science, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail, digital, or eCommerce, Omnichannel projects.
- Proven success with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies, with 5-8 years experience in Manual testing.
- Experience in planning, assessments, script development, and maintenance of tests.
- Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience in Manual testing of Web-based applications, backend, and API.
