Job Description


Les candidats doivent résider à Montréal ou être prêts à déménager dès que possible pour cette opportunité d'emploi.

Horaire de travail hybride.

• Étudier, analyser et estimer les récits utilisateurs (user stories) dans le domaine d’affaires du système de négociation en financement d’actions (Equity Finance Trading System).
• Proposer des solutions technologiques ou non technologiques, évaluer les approches tactiques ou stratégiques, ainsi que les délais de mise en œuvre des solutions.
• Coordonner avec les analystes d’affaires et les utilisateurs finaux pour comprendre les besoins en développement et obtenir les approbations nécessaires.
• Développer les artefacts de code, les plans de déploiement et les mises à niveau techniques en conformité avec les normes de développement.
• Collaborer avec les utilisateurs pour produire un plan de tests complet et définir les critères d’acceptation. Participer activement à l’analyse, la documentation des résultats de tests, et à leur révision avec les utilisateurs.
• Participer à des mises en œuvre logicielles majeures incluant les mises à jour trimestrielles et le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des rapports internes et des extractions de données à la demande des utilisateurs.

Candidates must reside in Montreal or be willing to relocate as soon as possible for this job opportunity.

Hybrid work schedule.

• Study, analyze and estimate user stories in the Equity Finance Trading System business domain.
• Drive toward tech/non-tech solutions, assess either tactical or strategic approaches, assess timeframe of solution(s).
• Coordinating with business analysts and end users in understanding development needs and acquire signoffs.
• Develop code artifacts, deployment plans, technical upgrades in compliance with development standards.
• Coordinate with users to produce comprehensive test plan and develop user signoff criteria. Hands-on involvement in analysis and documentation of testing results and review with end-users.
• Participate in large software implementations covering quarterly upgrades and new functionality deployment
• Developing/Implementing internal user reports and extracts upon requests

• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique ou équivalent
• 3 ans ou plus d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
• Capacité à travailler avec des systèmes d’information complexes
• Aptitude à collaborer et esprit d’équipe
• Sens de l’organisation, approche méthodique et analytique
