We are looking for a Product & Planning Analyst to support the planning and buying team by delivering data-driven insights, forecasts, and performance reporting. This role ensures that merchandise decisions are supported by accurate analysis, enabling the business to react quickly to trends and maintain profitable inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis on sales, inventory, and margin performance by category and by attribute and deliver recommendations
• Collaborate in building assortment plans and in-season forecasts
• Analyze historical sales and trends to support future planning
• Partner with planners and buyers to inform decisions with data
• Support in preparing business reviews, Post Mortem and performance summaries
• Responsible for purchasing all repeat orders based on sales analysis and inventory targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Merchandising, or a related field
• 2–3 years experience in planning, inventory analysis, or a similar function
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience with planning tools or BI software is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
