Department Overview / Job Details:

• The role involves testing within the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Enterprise Testing Team, formerly known as Global Anti-Money Laundering, focusing on AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC controls across TD's business lines, operational units, and key technologies in Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Position: Senior FCRM Testing Analyst

Responsibilities include executing independent testing of controls, leading engagement phases, developing test plans, and overseeing supporting analysts. The role involves testing controls within TD's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), including transaction monitoring, investigations, and sanctions operations.

Key accountabilities:

• Oversee and perform testing of FCRM controls.
• Lead communication and reporting with stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and report on testing phases.
• Mentor supporting analysts.
• Follow-up on testing findings.
• Engage with management and senior leadership.
• Prepare complex reports and analyses.
• Stay updated on regulatory trends and suggest improvements.

Job requirements include a university degree or equivalent, 4+ years of AML/ATF experience, knowledge of FIU processes, testing standards, and strong interpersonal skills. CAMS or similar designation preferred.
