You will lead the coordination of analysis workshops, gather and document clear, actionable requirements, and ensure the development team fully understands the scope and intent of each initiative.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies , business analysis best practices , and software development lifecycles .

You will play a key role in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning , backlog grooming , and sprint reviews , helping to ensure that deliverables align with both business objectives and development timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business analysis and collaboration
  • Organize, schedule, and lead analysis workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, UX / UI designers, and product leadership to refine and validate solutions.

Define and document requirements

  • Translate stakeholder needs into well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a clear, prioritized, and development-ready product backlog through regular grooming sessions.
  • Clarify requirements and provide ongoing support to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

Support agile delivery and project alignment

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor sprint progress, track key performance indicators, and identify blockers or risks early.
  • Ensure all deliverables remain aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Promote best practices in documentation, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine Agile processes to improve delivery efficiency and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst, or in a similar role, in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and software development processes.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira / Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Share a passion and flexibility to learn new tools and skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
