  • Lead the development and alignment of the Master Data Management (MDM) framework with strategic objectives, ensuring data governance, quality, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with data owners & process analysts to standardize data definitions and formats, create golden records for critical data entities.
  • Participate in data rationalization efforts to ensure a single source of truth and consistent data management across the organization.
  • Act as a steward for enterprise process design by overseeing standardization, representing the process team in key discussions, and ensuring compliance through impact analysis and functional alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for project leads and SMEs.
  • Communicate updates and risks to the PMO, ensuring alignment of cross-functional teams.
  • Champion process changes to engage end users effectively.

Program & Project Execution:

  • Address program risks and issues with appropriate resources.
  • Support readiness and deployment strategies for the process team.
  • Align with deployment teams on post-go-live stabilization.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Provide expertise during UAT, ensuring test scenarios align with business goals.
  • Approve release planning outputs and prioritize process objectives.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Collaborate with the Change Management team to create a comprehensive change plan.
  • Support role mapping and deployment-related user training material
  • Implement feedback mechanisms from users throughout the adoption process to make adjustments and improvements to the change strategy.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MDM, data governance, data management, or process engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, and data profiling techniques.
  • Experience with IT portfolio management and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and BU partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – Hybrid

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Responsable de Domaine :

  • Diriger le développement et l’alignement du cadre de gestion des données de référence (MDM) avec les objectifs stratégiques, en veillant à la gouvernance, à la qualité et à la gestion des données.
  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires de données et les analystes de processus pour standardiser les définitions et les formats des données, et créer des enregistrements de référence (« golden records ») pour les entités de données critiques.
  • Participer aux efforts de rationalisation des données afin de garantir une source unique de vérité et une gestion cohérente des données à l’échelle de l’organisation.
  • Agir en tant que garant de la conception des processus d’entreprise en supervisant la standardisation, en représentant l’équipe processus lors des discussions clés, et en assurant la conformité grâce à l’analyse d’impact et à l’alignement fonctionnel avec les objectifs métier.

Gestion des Escalades et Collaboration :

  • Servir de premier point de contact pour les escalades provenant des chefs de projet et des experts métier (SMEs).
  • Communiquer les mises à jour et les risques au PMO, en assurant l’alignement des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Promouvoir les changements de processus afin de mobiliser efficacement les utilisateurs finaux.

Exécution des Programmes et Projets :

  • Gérer les risques et les problèmes liés au programme en mobilisant les ressources appropriées.
  • Soutenir les stratégies de préparation et de déploiement pour l’équipe processus.
  • S’aligner avec les équipes de déploiement sur la phase de stabilisation post-déploiement.

Tests et Assurance Qualité :

  • Fournir une expertise pendant les tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT), en veillant à ce que les scénarios de test soient alignés avec les objectifs métier.
  • Approuver les livrables de planification des versions et prioriser les objectifs liés aux processus.
  • Valider la préparation du système avant le déploiement.

Gestion du Changement et Adoption :

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion du changement pour élaborer un plan de changement complet.
  • Soutenir la cartographie des rôles et la création de supports de formation utilisateur liés au déploiement.
  • Mettre en place des mécanismes de retour d’expérience tout au long du processus d’adoption afin d’ajuster et d’améliorer la stratégie de changement.

Qualifications minimales pour le poste (Connaissances, Compétences et Aptitudes) :

  • Minimum de 5-7 ans d'expérience en gestion des données de référence (MDM), gouvernance des données, gestion des données ou ingénierie des processus.
  • Solide connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des données, de la qualité des données et des techniques de profilage des données.
  • Expérience en gestion de portefeuille informatique et en méthodologies de gestion de projet.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
