About this Role & Department

The Risk Strategy, Governance and Enablement team is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join their Data & Analytic Product team. This senior analyst will be instrumental in delivering analytic products to risk management clients. The team evaluates use cases across risk and delivers solutions including analytics, insights, dashboards, and advanced analytic implementations, leveraging various tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn new skills and adapt to challenges proactively.
  • Develop analytical solutions by analyzing data, creating data sets, applying statistical methods, and visualizing results.
  • Deliver and enhance analytic MVPs through biweekly updates to risk clients.
  • Build a target state and roadmap for analytic products, tracking milestones and updates.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and adopt an agile mindset.
  • Identify and escalate challenges to leadership for resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in management analytics, computer engineering, science, mathematics, physics, or economics.
  • At least 4 years of relevant data and analytics experience.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, MS server tools; knowledge of Azure services is a strong asset.
  • Experience creating data models and visualizations in Tableau / Power BI.
  • Experience applying statistical methods to model risk scores and segment populations.
