Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to support the financial activities of Van Houtte Coffee Services. The role focuses on month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with departments to ensure budget alignment and effective cost management.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A and requires strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA designation is an asset.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• General knowledge of accounting and cost-control principles.
• Bilingualism (French and English required).

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end financial close, including variance explanations and reporting.
• Manage annual and quarterly budget forecasting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare presentation materials for actual and forecasted results.
• Support productivity initiatives and cost-control measures.
• Calculate commissions and annual bonuses for the sales team.

Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in supporting the financial activities of Van Houtte Coffee Services. This position is responsible for managing operational and administrative finance, including month‑end results, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, while partnering with all departments to ensure budget alignment and effective cost management.

Reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A.

Responsibilities

Strategic 30%

• Act as a trusted business partner to the company’s operations teams.
• Support the development of long‑term financial plans and investment strategies for the company.
• Modernize, automate, and improve reporting and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses of costs and business processes, identify variances, and participate in the development of action plans to adopt best practices and support financial forecasting.
• Support the management team with various special projects.
• Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements, as well as the policies, procedures, and ethical standards established by Keurig.

Operational 65%

• Lead the current month‑end reporting process, as well as the annual and quarterly budget forecasting processes, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare actual financial statements by providing detailed variance explanations between actual results, forecasts, and the prior year for all operational cost categories, including headcount, parts, vehicle fleet, depreciation, and administrative costs.
• Prepare presentation materials for actual and forecasted results.
• Support productivity initiatives and processes.
• Calculate periodic commissions and annual bonuses for the sales team.
• Participate, in collaboration with the accounting team, in the inventory count process.
• Work closely with the operations team to drive strong operational performance and develop tools to help monitor it.

• Responsible for completing yearly objectives and quarterly assessment.

Compensation and Benefits

CAD $78,300.00 – $103,400.00 per year. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
