Responsibilities
  1. Act as a business partner to the Strategic Procurement team.
  2. Provide financial guidance and support to management.
  3. Responsible for financial planning for the Procurement team (budget, forecast, and long-range plan).
  4. Develop, maintain, and communicate periodic variance analyses.
  5. Develop, maintain, and communicate periodic financial dashboards with KPIs.
  6. Provide risk and operational analyses and proactively partner with management to manage them.
  7. Present financial performance and dashboards to management.
  8. Develop cost analysis by activities and collaborate with the business in managing cost efficiency.
  9. Develop financial models to support management on an ad hoc basis.
  10. Work closely with the accounting and operational teams to ensure expenses are coded correctly in the GL and aligned with plans.
  11. Support or lead special projects as needed.
Position Requirements
  1. Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting; CPA designation required. An MBA with a Finance background will also be considered.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strategic, innovative, and proactive thinker with a desire to work in a changing environment.
  4. Strong analytical skills, organized, and autonomous.
  5. Ability to challenge the status quo with strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; bilingual (French and English).
  7. Expertise in business analysis and financial modeling.
  8. Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions with a sense of urgency.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

This includes base pay, potential bonuses, and long-term incentives, determined by performance, experience, skills, and other factors. The pay range for this position is $85,400 - $142,400, aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy and compliant with regulations.
