Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this person will manage daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports
• Present results to management and committees
• Collaborate on annual external audits
• Oversee payroll with an external provider
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• File GST/QST returns and other tax obligations
• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
• Maintain effective and compliant accounting policies

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is an asset
• 7 to 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience in non-profit or public sector (strong asset)
• Knowledge of audit processes, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
