Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec divers départements et cliniques dentaires pour assurer une communication opportune et précise des informations financières.

In this role, you will / Dans ce rôle, vous allez

In this role, you will perform responsibilities including closing revenue monthly and performing bank reconciliations, and you will collaborate with multiple departments and dental practices to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

• Perform daily, monthly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Monitor and report on any outstanding or unresolved reconciling items.
• Prepare the monthly Revenue close for practices as part of month-end close procedures.
• Post all Revenue transactions in Netsuite.
• Analyze and review revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including revenue analysis reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support to internal and external auditors.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic decision-making.

• Diplôme collégial ou baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe
• Doit être parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français car il y aura des interactions à travers le Canada
• Expérience avérée en tant qu'analyste financier, de préférence axée sur l'analyse des revenus et les rapprochements bancaires.
• Solide compréhension des principes comptables, des normes de comptabilisation des revenus et de l'analyse financière.
• Maîtrise des techniques de modélisation et de prévision financières.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques avec une grande attention aux détails.
• Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et des applications logicielles financières.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur les délais.
• Solides compétences en communication pour collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes.
• Une connaissance des systèmes ERP et une expérience des outils de visualisation de données (par exemple, Tableau) sont souhaitables.

We’re looking for / What We’re Looking For

• College or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English as there will be national interactions
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on revenue analysis and bank reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.
