TALTEK is looking to fill the following position for one of its clients :

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst to work on platform implementation and optimization. You will collaborate with business units to analyze, document, and translate their needs into effective solutions in finance, operations, and invoicing. Additionally, you will configure the system and adopt best practices to maximize its value within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Needs analysis :

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and billing stakeholders to gather and document their needs.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define requirements within Dynamics 365 F&O to meet these needs.
  • Deliver solutions aligned with industry best practices and strategic goals.

Implementation and support :

  • Participate in configuring, testing, and validating Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Train users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and external consultants to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience as an analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 finance, operations, and billing modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in finance, operations, and invoicing.
  • Dynamics 365 certification (preferred).
  • Remote work in Quebec or Ontario.
