Role Overview :

The Business Continuity & Risk Analyst supports Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives and ensures regulatory compliance. This role is vital for organizational resilience, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain operations during disruptions. Responsibilities include evaluating vulnerabilities across physical, digital, and operational domains, developing contingency plans, and implementing strategies to enhance risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine contingency plans based on lessons learned and evolving risks.
  • Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to support organizational resilience.
Certifications (Assets) :
  • ABCP, CBCI, or working towards these certifications.
  • Professional or Operational Risk Manager certification.
  • CRISC or CISA designations.
  • CFCP or equivalent.
Impact Creation :
  • Engage with subject matter experts to align control objectives with frameworks.
  • Support documentation such as policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop communication and training materials.
  • Monitor operational risks and organizational changes.
  • Provide team support, including risk event monitoring and reporting.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications :
  • 3-5 years in Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Incident Management, Business Continuity, or Information Risk Management, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.

  • Knowledge of IT management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, NIST).
  • Understanding of business continuity and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with risk control assessments.
