MEDFAR is seeking a Senior Cloud / DevOps Specialist to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure with autonomy. You will lead complex projects, drive platform improvements, and mentor teammates, ensuring security and reliability in a hybrid/remote environment.
The role requires 6+ years in cloud/DevOps, strong IaC and CI/CD expertise, and fluency in French and English. Occasional in-office presence is expected as part of a flexible work arrangement in Quebec, Canada.
As a Senior Cloud / DevOps Specialist, you take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and platform solutions with a high degree of autonomy. You make independent technical decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards and SRE goals.
In this role, you lead complex projects, drive improvements in infrastructure, observability, and operational processes, and mentor team members. You collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet both business and operational requirements.
Contract: Permanent, full time (40h/week)
Working mode: Hybrid or remote
Occasional in-office presence may be required during the year (for events or team meetings, for example).
Candidates must reside in the province of Quebec.
