Responsibilities:

  • Develop understanding of business requirements and translate them into optimal ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform to improve business processes.
  • Support reporting and dashboard development, including Performance Analytics.
  • Support user issues on ServiceNow and related modules.
  • Manage third-party service providers and maintain the ServiceNow environment.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and user instructions.
  • Perform system testing and utilize ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance company performance.
  • Support operational needs of related cloud-based applications.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certifications.
  • Experience with ITSM, SPM, and CSM modules.
  • System configuration, scripting, and UI creation skills.
  • Knowledge of process and data modeling.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have: ServiceNow Product Owner certification.

Note: Proficiency in a language other than French is required for collaboration outside Québec.
