As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst, you’ll be a professional applying your expertise to implement CRM solutions for our clients across all project phases. You will work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You understand CRM systems intricacies and know how to connect with clients and lead teams to achieve goals. You are organized, energetic, and comfortable in front of both executive and technical audiences. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on personal development and training in technology and soft skills.

Skills And Experiences
  • Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure beneficial client interaction and solution delivery
  • Review your team's work across all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test)
  • Communicate complex information effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners
  • Adopt a consultative approach on complex projects
  • Have at least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
  • Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore
