As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst, you’ll be a professional applying your expertise to implement CRM solutions for our clients across all project phases. You will work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You understand CRM systems intimately and know how to connect with clients and lead teams toward goals. You are organized, energetic, and comfortable in both executive and technical settings. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on personal development and training in technology and soft skills.

Skills And Experiences

  • Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interactions and solution delivery
  • Review your team's work across all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test)
  • Effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality, timely resolutions
  • Adopt a consultative approach on complex projects
  • Have at least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
  • Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore

What You'll Do

  • Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CE solutions with stakeholders

  • Guide the project team, track achievements, coordinate actions, seek advice, and contribute to meetings and reports
  • Define metrics for business and operational success and validate CRM performance
  • Support clients with standards, training, and redefining roles/responsibilities
