As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst, you will apply your expertise to implement CRM solutions across all project phases. You will work with clients and lead delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You should understand CRM systems well and be able to connect with clients and lead teams effectively. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, focusing on personal development and training in technology and consulting skills.

Skills and Experiences
  • Lead functional technology and design teams for client interaction and solution delivery
  • Review your team's work across all project phases
  • Communicate complex information effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners
  • Consult with clients on complex projects
  • Have at least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
  • Experience managing or leading teams onshore and offshore
