Overview

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for :

  • Exploring new approaches to document and optimize our operational processes.
  • Identifying automation opportunities by collaborating closely with our LowCode team.
  • Analyzing current processes, documenting end-to-end workflows, and proposing innovative improvements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate requirements into processes.
  • Developing measurable and effective optimization strategies aligned with team objectives.
  • Providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
Your Core Mission
  • Goal: Document and optimize at least 10 key operational processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Why: Evaluate if integrating a dedicated process analysis role into our LowCode teams can better identify automation opportunities compared to our current approach.
